Home Inspector

Hello, I am Matthew Pedersen, the owner of Quantum Home Inspections, serving Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. I love living here in the Inland Northwest and know how our climate may affect the condition of a home. As a certified home inspector with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and with my home remodeling experience, my knowledge of building components and functionality is strong.

Beyond just having technical skills my goal is to provide education on the operations of your home with the highest quality of customer care. My business is built on referrals, so I know if you are a satisfied client you will recommend me to your friends when they buy a home or are thinking of selling.

Being involved in the community is a responsibility that each of us should take to make our community a place we call home. My community involvement includes The Boy Scouts of America as a scoutmaster, youth leader at our local church, and teacher of evening classes at the Community Colleges of Spokane. In addition, with professionals from Real Estate and Mortgage businesses, I assist in teaching new home buyers classes.
