I arrived shortly before the inspection time to find Matthew already there getting set up. He was friendly, thorough, and very informative. He got on the roof, in the attic, and all around the house inside and out. He took the time to explain his findings as he went and was welcoming to my fiance', agent and family friend being there as well. The price of the inspection was very reasonable and the report was emailed to me by the end of the day which listed all the findings in detailed form. Lastly upon completion of the inspection, Matthew gave me a basic home owners manual in a binder to help me keep up on maintenance and learn about taking care of our newly purchased home! I will definitely be recommending Matthew to my friends and family who are looking for an honest unbiased home inspection.
